  More than just pizza.
  
  Ordered take out tonight from Adrianna's.
  We've ordered several times before but it's always an order of pizza.
  Tonight my wife ordered her usual cheese pizza but I wanted to venture into the menu. I ordered the sausage and peppers parmagiana dinner.
  I was pleasantly surprised by how huge the dinner was when It arrived.
  Excellent sausage and peppers over ziti with plenty of mozzerella.
  A small side salad and garlic bread.
  Pizza is good but from now on I'm ordering dinners.

  I'm truly disappointed under new management  I understand why there is only one shop now took the menu THEY left got my favorite Greek salad with grilled chicken  super disappointed with it 1/2 cup of fake chopped chicken no olives. I called and was told I wud be reimbursed when I come pick up a new salad . I'm done Lakewood site had it at least they respected you brought a new salad btw I was told take a picture to be reimbursed my $  .. NEVER AGAIN burn that menu newbies way better places  more respectful restaurant manager we can spend our money at

  My company has ordered from Adrianna's a handful of times. The first few times it was delicious and the food came quickly. The last 3 times it's been utterly disgusting. We kept ordering from here because it would never be consistent what was bad. So one day it would be the fries, the next it would be somebody's sandwich.
  
  Today we decided to order since it's Friday and we usually go home early this day. We spent $75 with tip on this meal.
  
  My first gripe will start with the delivery. Every single time the driver comes, they will call and they say are outside. OK? You don't know what a doorbell is? It's as clear as day you need to be buzzed in when you are here, just ring the doorbell and we will come to you. Next, we ordered a vast array of food. Wraps, wings, salads, grinders and a pizza. Let's start with my co workers grinder. He ordered a VEGGIE grinder. I added every condiment he asked which was about 6-7. He received his grinder with eggplant and broccoli. THAT WAS IT!! No tomatoes, no lettuce, no olives, etc. Not even mayo. NEXT my co worker ordered a salad WITH feta. Guess what didn't come on the salad...FETA!!!!! The wings were also dry and barely edible.
  
  I called the restaurant about an hour after we ate and told the young lady on the phone what the issues were. We weren't looking for any accommodation but just to let them know that hey, if you aren't even going to read what the order is, why even try at all? She then told me to "hold on" as I could hear her talking to somebody about the issue. A gentlemen then came on the phone and said "Adrianna's" as if I wasn't on hold for the last 5 minutes. I then explained AGAIN what the problem was and he said, "wasn't this order from 2 hours ago" I told him that it was, but we had only received our food an hour ago, so by the time we ate and got back to our desks that's why I was calling. His response to the dry wings was "well if you wait an hour to eat the wings they will get dry". Well by golly, I had no idea to bad we didn't wait an hour. I told him this and he immediately copped attitude and said "well what do you want me to do, refund you?" I said if they could credit the grinder and salad that would be great! After all that he said "ok next time you order just let them know about the discount..." wait what? I asked him if he was going to refund me and he said "no, we can't refund individual orders and you have so many condiments on these sandwiches I can't even see the order properly". Funny, you can see the condiments now. We vowed we will not order from here again regardless of how good it was in the past, and the lack of enthusiasm of understanding your customers concerns was the breaking point. NEXT

  Super angry right now.  Always ordered from here and was never disappointed but tonight will be my last order. I ordered chicken and broccoli like I always do. There was nothing but a bunch of pasta three pieces of broccoli and three pieces of tiny super thin chicken cutlet.  I was going to call and speak with the manager and tell him off but I don't even feel that it's worth it.  This used to be one of Waterbury's reliable pizza joints that always got great reviews.  I have the feeling they're not going to be around for very much longer.  If you are reading this review and you have never ordered from them before, do yourself a favor and find another place.  You will be happy that you did.

  I've ordered there before and enjoyed their pizza, but their delivery was horrible. When I called they didnt ask for a name or phone #. So I assumed they knew where they were going. They delivered to Oakville and I live in Waterbury. After an hour and a half I called and the driver returned. They said they'd make a new pizza for our inconvenience, and when it finally got to my house, it was the old pizza they were gonna delivery. With an old and warm salad. Very disappointed with this experience.
